This is a great family roast feeding up to 4 people or 8 if you cook them both. The taste and texture of this cut is second to none and is a real family favourite.
To cook, pre-heat your oven to 180°C and place the fillet(s) in the centre of the oven for around the 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hour 30 mins, depending on how you like your lamb.
