A perfectly marinated lamb steak, pure minted meat without the bone. 

Hand trimmed and cut by our craft butchers, these lamb steaks are very tasty and tender. We use English / New Zealand lamb for the perfect taste.

To cook, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add lamb; cook 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove lamb from pan; leave to stand for 5 minutes.
