Aged and prepared by one of our craft butchers this is the king of all the steaks, T-bone is sirloin and fillet steak on the bone essentially and not normally found in your supermarkets. Freshly cut by one of our craft butchers, our fresh English / Irish grass fed T-bone steaks are full of flavour.
Some helpful advice on how to cook your steak,
- Leave the steaks out on the side for an hour to get to room temperature.
- Season with a bit of salt and pepper or a seasoning of your choice.
- Get your frying / griddle pan hot with a splash of oil.
- Rub a little oil on your steak.
- Place into pan.
My advice for a medium to rare steak is two and half minutes on each side.
