Hand trimmed by one of our craft butchers, this whole leg of lamb is grass fed English / New Zealand.
This is a great family roast feeding up to 8 people. The taste and texture of this cut is second to none and is a real family favourite.
To cook, pre-heat your oven to 180°C and place the leg of lamb in the centre of the oven for around the 1 hour 30 mins to 1 hour 45 mins, depending on how you like your lamb.
